Frequently Asked
Questions
-
What evaluation programs does Blue Guardian offer?
Three challenge types: Unlimited Guardian (2-phase with 8% and 4% targets, 4% daily and 8% max drawdown), Elite Guardian (tighter 10% max drawdown), and Rapid Guardian (2-phase with 10% target, 4% daily and 6% max relative drawdown). There is also an Instant Funding track with trailing drawdown.
-
What is Blue Guardian's profit split and maximum funding?
Profit split is 85% on standard evaluations and up to 90% on scaled accounts. Single-account sizes run $5,000 to $200,000, with account merging up to $400,000 in funded capital and a scaling path to a total $4 million in simulated allocation.
-
How fast are Blue Guardian payouts?
The first payout is available 7 days after the first funded trade on Instant Funding, and the standard challenge tracks run on a bi-weekly cycle. Blue Guardian advertises a 24-hour processing guarantee: if they miss that window, the payout is bumped from the standard 90% to 100% profit split.
-
Can US traders use Blue Guardian?
No new US registrations. Blue Guardian suspended US onboarding in early 2024 following the MetaQuotes restrictions on prop firms serving US clients, and the suspension covers US residents and dual-citizens living in the US. Existing US accounts were allowed to continue trading. Other banned jurisdictions include Iran, Syria, North Korea, and Cuba.

What platforms and key rules apply at Blue Guardian?
Traders can pick MT5, Match-Trader, or TradeLocker, with leverage up to 1:100. The consistency rule caps any single day at 50% of total profit during evaluation. Daily loss limit is 5% of the initial balance (static, not equity-based on challenge accounts), and minimum 5 trading days with 0.5% profit each are required to qualify.
