About PropFirmProof
PropFirmProof helps traders compare prop trading firms. We look at the things that matter once real money is on the line: whether a firm actually pays, how clear its rules are, how good the platform is, and how it treats traders after they pass the challenge.
Firms change their targets, drawdown limits, and payout terms often, and a lot of what’s online is out of date or written to earn a commission. We track the current terms and score each firm the same way. So far we’ve reviewed 29 firms — see the full rankings.
Who we are
PropFirmProof is run by a team of traders and analysts who have used prop firm challenges themselves. We founded the site in 2025 after seeing how often firms change their terms and how much prop-firm content online is written for commission rather than accuracy.
How we rate firms
Every firm is scored against the same criteria:
- Payout proof — evidence the firm pays, and how fast
- Rule transparency — whether targets, drawdown, and restrictions are clear and stable
- Platform & product — real trading conditions and software
- Support — how the firm responds when something goes wrong
- Community sentiment — verified trader feedback, including Trustpilot
Scores are our own editorial assessment, not the firm’s figures and not copied from third-party review sites.
How we make money
PropFirmProof is free to use. We earn a commission when you open an account with some listed firms. That never changes a ranking or a review — scoring and monetization are kept separate. Pages with affiliate links disclose it on the page.
Editorial independence
No firm can pay to change its rating, move up the rankings, or remove criticism. When a firm’s terms get worse, we update the review and the score. When we get something wrong, we fix it.
